  I don't think that some people will be able to balance themselves on that thing especially if they're older. I also think that the wheels don't have enough clearance from the ground.

  when i thought of myself as a christian witness of yahweh attempting to be a footstep follower of jesus, psalm 104 was one of my favourites.

  if i was ever in some wonderful scenic area, psalm 104 would jump into my mind, and i'd start to praise yahweh and jesus.. but if something horrible came to mind as in the following video, i'd always think of the favourite christian escape clause, it's all because of adam's sin.

  but any connection between natural animal savagery and adam's sin is never logically made in the bible.. interestingly, the supposedly inspired psalm 104 (nwt-the grey one i guess) itself says that:.

  since we are using the live hearing recordings to make videos etc.

  i thought it would be a good idea to have the hearings available with synced sound (the stream recording messes up the audio sync).. day 3 part 2 also had a segment missing around the 30 minute mark, this has been included in the synced version.. so here is day 3 synced, it is hard to get it perfect:.

  Slightly better but I have to stick my ear to my computer to hear it. Those guys are too far from their microphones. Thanks for the work you put in it.

  in todays news from australia it appears that, despite his previous declination to appear when invited, justice mcclellan from the australian royal commission on child sex abuse will officially summon brother geoffrey jackson to the stand after all.. ..... the commission was due to conclude its hearings into the jehovahs witnesses on wednesday but justice mcclellan said he will now call geoffrey jackson, a senior member of the churchs governing body in new york who is currently in australia, to appear next week.. .

  @ Max Divergent: "Penalty: $1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months."

  Is that and/or or can it be both? I'm thinking the 6 months in jail should be the penalty chosen because Jackson could easily cough up a 1,000 bucks.

  I now hate being called 'sister'

  since waking up i find i am bridling at being called 'sister'.

  but it feels like an identity that is being forced on me.. i feel like shouting "i have a name you know!".

  it is just me or does anyone else recognise this?.

  I can understand not liking to have that phrase of mock familiarity used especially by people who will drop you like a hot stone in a moment's notice but the Apostle Paul used the terms brothers and sisters extensively in reference to fellow believers. It's a common phrase in fraternal organizations.

  What is hypocritical about the Watchtower is that they pick and choose whatever scriptures they want. Yes, women can't have teaching positions but they can comment in the meetings even though the Apostle Paul said that he would not allow a woman to speak in church.

  34 Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. 35 If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church. - 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 New International Version
